Classic Real Estate is a seven-year-old Lexington company with thirty years of real estate experience. The Classic Real Estate office at 103 Dennis Drive was opened in October of 2000 by Roger Owens whose beginnings in real estate date back to 1972. During the seventies and early eighties, Roger acquired his knowledge and honed his skills in residential investments by purchasing, owning, leasing and renovating single-family properties as an investor.

In 1985 Roger joined Whitman & Associates and quickly became a top-selling agent representing home sellers and buyers. In 1989, Roger joined the Re/Max organization and spent eleven years with the office, rising to one of the top three selling agents.

A resident of Lexington since 1970, Roger has been active in many areas of Real Estate since 1973. Experience includes buying, reconditioning, selling, leasing and holding residential investment property for clients and himself. After many years of affiliation with both local and national Real Estate organizations where he received recognition as a "Top Producer", he opened his own company Classic Real Estate, Inc. to specialize in residential investments.

Anne Owens

Anne Owens joined Classic Real Estate in April, 2003. She is a licensed Realtor and like all associates of Classic Real Estate, a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Anne firmly believes that her previous experience working with people helped hone the skills she feels fit perfectly with her career in Real Estate today. Anne has enjoyed many opportunities such as working for the Commissioner of the Department for Social Services, the Governor’s office and Transylvania University to name a few. A dedicated “people person” Anne enjoys the fast paced environment of Classic Real Estate and the opportunity to provide assistance to perspective tenants, homebuyers or sellers.

Jennifer Spencer

Jennifer Spencer was born and raised in the Lexington area. She has been working in real estate since 1989, acquiring her real estate license in 1997 and has since joined the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors. She enjoys working for Classic Real Estate because "I am able to help the customer with all their housing needs. Whether they are looking for a rental, buying a home, or looking to purchase investment property- We do it all at Classic Realty."

Craig Owens

Craig Owens is another member of the support staff at Classic Real Estate. He became a licensed Realtor in 2006. He works part time for the company and helps with the outside work involved in the rental and real estate business. He enjoys the challenge of working for the best property management company in central Kentucky.
