Property Management We believe that finding a qualified renter is, at best, only half of the overall process necessary for being successful at property management. To attract a good-qualified renter you must have a good, well-located property that is clean, well maintained and offered at a competitive market rent. Our competitive edge and our mission is to offer only the cleanest, best maintained, best located rental homes in Lexington. We endeavor to stand out from the crowd by the quality of our homes and the quality of our services. We realize that we will never achieve 100% in our quest for perfection, however we strive to be measurably better than the competition. Our Owner-Investors and our renters rate us as being Firm but Fair. We know we have earned their respect, because we are constantly striving to take property management to “A higher Standard”. Classic Real Estate currently manages 350 properties in the Fayette County area. The concept of renters as potential buyers is key in developing the type of agency that represents everyone who "comes to the table" at Classic Real Estate. Whether it is the renter who needs a caring, qualified individual on the other end of the phone when reporting a service problem; the investor who needs a concerted effort to maintain property in good working condition while effectively controlling costs; or the buyer/ seller who wants to get the "best deal" for their money. Classic Real Estate is committed to providing quality services to all. Roger Says: A well maintained, attractively decorated, clean property is more likely to attract; 1. A renter who desires to live in a clean, well-maintained home. 2. A renter with the discipline to keep it clean. 3. A renter who will be less likely to abuse the property. 4. A renter who is more likely to pay the rent as agreed. 5. A renter who is more likely to fulfill the term of the lease. 6. A renter who is more likely to remain in the property longer. 7. The type of renter that is best for the owner/investor. Our objective is to manage only single-family houses, town homes or duplex residential property that is, or can become, the attractive, well maintained dwellings that attract the most desirable renters. To this end, we reserve the right to refuse management services to anyone who is not willing to authorize or fund adequate maintenance or provide necessary funds for bringing a property up to acceptable standards designed to attract the most desirable renters. Here are what some of our clients have to say: Testimonials "Thank you for being a fair Manager!" "When given the opportunity to relocate to Indiana this spring, Shannon and I knew the potential problems associated with a move of that nature. The most worrisome aspect would be the sale of our house in Lexington. We fully anticipated a family separation of several months waiting for our home to well, while I worked in Indiana. "Thanks so much for all you did helping me find the perfect home- I was always treated with a courteous and friendly voice.
"Thank you and all the others at Classic Real Estate for our new home. We truly love it!" "Thank you so much for all of your help. You certainly go above the call of duty. We appreciate your courageous efforts." "Paul and I want to extend to you our sincerest thanks for representing us, as a realtor, in our first home buying experience. Your patience, sensitivity, conscientiousness and tremendous work ethic are second to none! You made the process painless and enjoyable. We thank you for that." 103 Dennis Drive |
